MINUTES OF RICHARDS CASTLE (HEREFORDSHIRE) PARISH COUNCIL EXTRAORDINARY MEETING HELD AT THE VILLAGE HALL AT 8.00 PM ON WEDNESDAY 29 JUNE 2016

161743 Barn at Brightall Coppice, Woodhouse Lane, The Goggin, Richards Castle – Notification for prior approval for a proposed change of use of an agricultural building to a dwellinghouse (Class C3) and for associated operational development change of use of barn into one dwellinghouse (Class C3). Erection of affordable dwelling and ancillary garage.
The parish council had no objection to the planning application in principle, and noted that no objections have been received from members of the public. The parish council asks that the loss of trees and potential ecological habitat, and cable above the structure which carries 11,000 Volts, are all taken into consideration by planning services.
The following payments were approved: The Clerk, wages, April-June 2016 (£323.36); HMRC, PAYE for period to 5 July 2016 (£80.80); Eyelid Productions Ltd, parish council website (£500.00); and Richards Castle Village Hall, meetings (£13.00).
