1. Apologies for absence

2. Co-opt one new member to the parish council

3. Declarations of Interest and Written Requests for Dispensation
(Declaration of any disclosable pecuniary interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting whether or not it is included in the register of interests. Members are reminded that they are required to leave the room during discussing and voting on matters in which they have a disclosable pecuniary interest whether or not the interest is entered into the register of members’ interests maintained by the Monitoring Officer.)

5. Resolve to amend standing orders to include a two minute time limit for contributions by councillors under 1 t) Rules of debate at meetings. In addition the parish council will aim to have a maximum of 16 agenda items, and end monthly reports from councillor representatives unless a decision is required from the parish council or otherwise in exceptional circumstances as agreed by the Proper Officer in consultation with the Chairman.

ii) Consider requirement to fund 45 percent of cost of works in drainage grant application and agree next steps

12. Lengthsman/ highways, including proposal to deliver Balfour Beatty leaflet on responsibility for maintenance of ditches and drainage to households in the parish

13. Consider proposal to place a village gate on the B4361 at the county boundary, updated estimate for three village gates and two village name signs, and agree next steps

14. Consider report from working group on the Planning for the Future – White Paper consultation and agree next steps
