9. Proposal to highlight guidance from Balfour Beatty on responsibilities of landowners for roadside hedges, ditches and drainage via an article in Castle News, and a mail drop of Balfour Beatty leaflets to properties that border a public road

10. Consider proposal to become a Smartwater parish and access the support provided from the Police and Crime Commissioner and agree next steps

11. Consider estimate from Balfour Beatty for implementation of village gates, road signs and markings on the B4361 under community commissioning

12. Proposal to request a traffic regulation order (TRO) to extend the 30mph speed limit on the B4361 to the south of Richards Castle

13. Consider consultation on Planning for the Future – White Paper and Neighbourhood Planning

14. Review draft Police and Crime Commissioner Town and Parish Council Survey and agree next steps

15. Consider whether to develop a Community resilience plan and agree next steps
